Veteran anti-corruption activist Anna Hazare will begin an indefinite hunger strike on January 30 in Maharashtra's Ralegan Siddhi village
over his long-standing demand for the appointment of Lokpal. This time, he is also demanding that the government take steps to resolve the farmers’ distress
in the country.Hazare has joined hands with the Rashtriya Kisan Mahasangh -
a coalition of 180 farmer organizations across India.
I don't see any future of this movement unless it is supported by a well organised political party from background. If it gets success , I am sure a new bunch of political leaders will emerge in the national scenario. In due course of time we will hear their corruption saga too and so continuity goes on.
